Good ideas deserve good support!

We’ll work with you

The Greenways Foundation believes that the White River, its tributaries, and the greenways that border them are valuable natural resources that provide opportunities for passive and active recreational uses, as well as for responsible and appropriate development.

If you have an idea for a project that can help preserve these resources, or make them more accessible for responsible use, or help people appreciate their value, we may be willing to provide funding to help you make that happen.

So bring us your best idea. We want to fund and/or support public and/or private entities, such as environmental agencies, Scout troops, service clubs, schools, individuals, and others, to accomplish projects which protect, enhance, preserve, or develop areas in the White River watershed in Marion and adjacent counties in Indiana for enjoyment and use by the public, or which can provide educational opportunities as a part of a school’s curriculum.
